Anger is a mobilizing emotion that can appear around blocked goals, unfairness, violation, frustration or the need to protect a boundary.
Inside the School
Anger can provide energy for action and make an important problem harder to ignore. It can also narrow interpretation when Security and the Secretary amplify it.
In everyday life
A colleague interrupts you for the third time. Heat rises before you have decided whether to speak, leave or let the moment pass.
Anger may also appear later, when you realize you agreed to something that crossed your own limit. The Student noticed the boundary before the Secretary explained it.
System connections under load
Anger connects EMOTIONS, CONNECTION and ENERGY. Fatigue and repeated frustration can narrow the distance between signal and action. Regulation does not mean pretending the boundary is fine; it creates enough space to choose whether the next step is direct communication, distance, repair or no immediate response.
Important nuance
InsideISS does not treat anger as either bad or automatically justified. The feeling deserves attention while behavior still remains a choice. Connected paths: The Students · The Principal · Boundaries · Relationship Loop
Anger can carry important boundary information without deciding the next action.
