Growth is the process of learning, adapting and developing new capacity over time.
Inside the School
Growth can include skill, perspective, boundaries, regulation, creativity and recovery. It does not require constant expansion or self-optimization.
In everyday life
You set a boundary and feel guilty afterward. The discomfort does not automatically mean the new behavior is wrong; it may mean the School is leaving a familiar strategy.
Growth can also involve stopping: abandoning a goal that no longer fits, asking for help or choosing recovery instead of proving endurance.
System connections under load
Growth brings PURPOSE into conversation with Security and the Teachers. New behavior can feel risky before it becomes familiar. A workable direction respects protection, learns from results and avoids turning development into a war against the current School.
Important nuance
InsideISS rejects growth through internal war. The School can change while respecting why older strategies developed. Connected paths: The Teachers · The Principal · Self-understanding · Resilience
Growth is change with learning, not a permanent verdict that the current School is inadequate.
