Inside the School

The Secretary supplies options and predictions, Students supply experience, Security supplies risk information, Energy supplies capacity and Purpose supplies values.

In everyday life

Choosing dinner feels strangely difficult after a day of deadlines and interruptions. The options are small, but cognitive load has reduced the space available to compare them.

A larger decision may become clearer when you separate what is known, what is feared and what matters. Clarity does not always mean feeling completely certain.

System connections under load

Decision-making brings together MIND, ENERGY, EMOTIONS and PURPOSE. Under load, the School may rush, freeze or keep every option open. Regulation can mean reducing the number of decisions, choosing the next reversible step or allowing values to guide what prediction cannot settle.

Important nuance

Good decisions do not require perfect certainty. The Principal often chooses the best next step with incomplete information and remains able to update it. Connected paths: The Principal · Purpose · Feeling Stuck · Sticky Note Check
