Inside the School

Grief can move through Body, Mind, Energy, Connection and Purpose. It may arrive in waves rather than a predictable sequence.

In everyday life

You are functioning well until an ordinary object, place or phrase brings the loss close again. Grief does not follow the schedule the Secretary prepared for it.

A good day can exist inside grief. You laugh, become absorbed in work or enjoy company, and the loss is still real when attention returns to it.

System connections under load

Grief can involve every World: bodily heaviness, altered attention, waves of emotion, changed relationships, reduced capacity and questions of meaning. Regulation is not finishing grief. It is helping the School carry what changed while life, connection and moments of restoration continue around it.

Important nuance

InsideISS does not impose a timetable or fixed stages. The School may need time, connection, ritual, rest and support while life reorganizes. Connected paths: The Students · The Janitor · Connection · Meaning

Grief is not a malfunction to finish quickly; it is part of adapting to meaningful loss.
