Conflict

Conflict appears when needs, expectations, interpretations, values or boundaries do not align.

Conflict appears when needs, expectations, interpretations, values or boundaries do not align.

Inside the School

Conflict can activate Students and Security quickly because belonging and protection may both feel at stake. It can also provide important information about what requires clarification or change.

In everyday life

A disagreement about dishes becomes a conversation about respect, workload and whether anyone listens. The original event is still present, but several older meanings have joined it.

Conflict can also remain useful. Two people name different needs, tolerate discomfort and leave with a clearer agreement even though neither gets everything.

System connections under load

Conflict activates CONNECTION, Students, Security and the Secretary. High load can make winning, escaping or appeasing feel urgent. Regulation creates enough space to separate the current issue from the secondary loop and to decide whether the relationship needs repair, a boundary or protection.

Important nuance

Healthy connection does not eliminate conflict. It increases the School's capacity for disagreement, boundaries and repair. Connected paths: The Principal · The Students · Security Department · Relationship Loop

Conflict is a relationship event; what happens around it determines whether it becomes rupture, repair or both.
