Nutrition is the food, fluids and nutrients the School uses as physical material and fuel.
Inside the School
The Body continuously depends on resources that support ordinary biological work. Hunger, hydration, meal timing and digestion can influence Energy, attention, mood and physical signals.
In everyday life
A meeting runs through lunch. By late afternoon, concentration is poor, a small email feels unusually irritating and the Secretary starts writing notes about your lack of discipline. The School may be interpreting a basic resource gap as a character problem.
At another time, a familiar meal and enough water do not create a dramatic transformation. They simply make the next conversation, commute or decision easier to hold.
System connections under load
Nutrition sits inside BODY but influences available ENERGY, attention and emotional tolerance. Load can make planning, eating or digestion harder. Regulation here is not moral perfection; it may be regular access to workable food, fluids and enough context to notice what the Body is asking for.
Important nuance
InsideISS does not turn nutrition into a moral score or a rigid diet system. Its role in V1 is to keep basic physical needs visible when the School is interpreting changes in state. Connected paths: The Workers · The Furnace · Physical Signals · Fatigue
Nutrition is one part of the School's physical support system, not a test of discipline or worth.
